Social Contribution Activity Organized by Our Vocational School Orthopedic Prosthetics and Orthotics Program Faculty Members

Within the scope of the "Pulmoner Rehabilitasyon Haftası Etkinliği" planned for community contribution activities by the faculty members of our Vocational School's Orthopedic Prosthetics and Orthotics program, an informative presentation on "Physical Activity in Adults" was made by Öğr. Gör. Gülsüm SERTTAŞ GÜVEN on 25.03.2025. The event began with information about Pulmonary Rehabilitation provided by Öğr. Gör. Gülsüm SERTTAŞ GÜVEN. A presentation on "Physical Activity in Adults" was made. The definition, types, intensity, and benefits of physical activity were explained. Information was given about physical activities that adult and elderly individuals can do and what to pay attention to while exercising. Subsequently, brochures prepared were distributed to participants by the students of the Orthopedic Prosthetics and Orthotics program. At the end of the event, exercises that can be done at home were demonstrated to the participants practically. Breathe, move, realize you are alive
